Frequently asked questions
Which system suits my space?
Depends on the size of the space, how many people use it and the type of building.<br>Homes and small rooms use wall or ceiling-suspended units; offices and large projects usually use VRF or a water chiller; storage work uses a cool room.<br>Our engineers assess it before quoting.
How much does cleaning cost?
Wall-type cleaning for 9,000-24,000 BTU starts at 600 THB per unit.<br>Ceiling-suspended 13,000-24,000 BTU is 800 THB per unit and four-way cassette is 1,200 THB per unit.<br>Includes removing and washing the cover and filters, with a waterproof sheet every time.
Is a site survey required?
For cleaning and general repairs, just tell us the model and how many units.<br>New installation, relocation and large systems need a site survey first, to measure the space and check the power supply, so the quote is one we can actually deliver.
Do you take work in Bangkok?
We take work across every district of Bangkok; our shop is on Trok Song Phra, Rama IV Road, Bang Rak.<br>For work outside Bangkok or upcountry projects, send us the details and our team will assess it first.
How is installation covered?
Installation work is covered for 210 days; the equipment itself follows the manufacturer warranty.<br>For example Central Air Inverter covers the compressor for 10 years and parts for 5 years.<br>After handover our team keeps looking after you.
